Press Box Sports Grill partners with local schools and teams for fundraising dinners. Sell $20 tickets for beef and chicken meals, and we collect $7.50 from each ticket to support kids in the community.

Ticket Tips & Rules

Teams are responsible for selling and distributing tickets, with one helper per 50 tickets. No changes are allowed within 3 days of the event, and the team leader pays on-site. Special menus may adjust pricing.

Our ToGo dinners include 4oz of Choice Beef and 8oz of Grilled Chicken Breast, served with Rice Pilaf, Iceberg Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, and a dinner roll. Special instructions can be accommodated, and we will work with you to maintain the integrity of the program’s earning potential. (For example, if you would like to serve fillets, the price will be adjusted accordingly.) We recommend a ticket price of $20 per meal, and we will collect $7.50 per ticket sold. It is also advisable to keep contact information for every ticket sold to prevent “no shows” on your selected date. Final Count & Changes: We must have your final count 1 week before the event. Any changes require 3 days’ notice. No changes to the menu or number of meals can be made after that time unless discussed with the General Manager or Kitchen Manager. The event date cannot be changed after 2 weeks from the scheduled date, as rescheduling may result in a much later date due to high demand. Ticket Sales & Event Responsibilities: Your team is responsible for creating and selling the tickets. Include the date, time, and location of the event on each ticket. On the day of the event, your team is responsible for distributing meals and collecting tickets. For every 50 tickets sold, one additional helper is required. For events over 250 tickets, please notify us to discuss additional details. The team leader or person in charge must be present with payment upon arrival before food is served. If an invoice is needed, please notify us in advance so it can be prepared.
